Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee(We cover return shipping costs only for orders with quality issues. Other than that, customers need to pay for the return shipping fee.). This only applies to product purchased directly from VEICHI. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and any shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

30-Days Return & Exchange Policy

Within 30 days after you receive the goods (we regard the date of delivered in the logistics track as the date you have received the goods):

  • When you think the battery you received has serious quality problems, please collect the relevant product pictures or videos, and we will arrange to exchange the product for you if it is certified as true by our technical engineers.
  • If you encounter other problems, please collect relevant product pictures or videos and contact our customer service team to get the best solution.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
  • When an item is out of stock, we will open a pre-sale. Prices are relatively low during the pre-sale period. If you place an order it is a default that you are willing to wait.
  • If an item is new, unused, and in the original packaging, we are happy to accept a return up to 30 days from the original invoice date with no restocking fee. If the item has been installed, used, or no longer has the original packaging, we will assess a 10% restocking fee.


Please note that VEICHI will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense. In addition, the shipped orders and cannot be refunded during transportation.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Copy of receipt or invoice
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Contact telephone number

Note:
1. Send email to overseas@veichi.com with the information requested above.
2. Once the refund is confirmed(when we receive your returns), VEICHI will process it within 12 hours. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, it typically takes 24-48 hours. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the VEICHI team anytime. An email will be sent when your refund is processed. 

Shipping costs should be paid by customer in the following situations:

  • Returning products without any proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in proper functioning status by VEICHI.
  • Costs related to unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).

VEICHI will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the customer makes a mistake or overpurchases on their own.
